About

This interprofessional curriculum is guided by the Interprofessional Education Collaborative (IPEC) competencies, as well as discipline-specific competencies, and the Hartford Foundation’s “4Ms” Framework for age-friendly health systems. The program includes monthly seminars, two in-person overnight retreats, independent study, and a Quality Improvement Project. Monthly seminars consist of active learning and case-based discussions led by an interprofessional team of educators.
