Rams Reaching Out Photo Contest

Photos must be submitted through VCU Filelocker (http://filelocker.vcu.edu) to libtmlcirc@vcu.edu once this form is complete.  Please include the title of the photo when uploading.

The Tompkins-McCaw Library for the Health Sciences invites current MCV Campus students to share photographs from their 2016 global health service projects to the Rams Reaching Out photography contest. Selected photographs will be displayed in the Tompkins-McCaw Library Gallery and be eligible for cash prizes.

Contest Rules
1. Only the original image creator can submit their photo.
2. Photo must be submitted through VCU Filelocker (http://filelocker.vcu.edu) to libtmlcirc@vcu.edu.  Please include the title of the photo when uploading.  If photograph contains U.S. based patients, please also upload their consent form.
2. Photos of U.S. based patients must be HIPAA compliant.  Consent forms are available at https://goo.gl/qeWHr6.
3. Entries must be submitted in full resolution and be suitable for printing at 8"x10".
4. Each entry must include a brief description of the outreach effort in the photograph along with a title, caption, and the location where the photo was taken.
5. Photos may be displayed in the Tompkins-McCaw Library Gallery, posted online or used in VCU Libraries promotional materials.
6. Contest is open to all current MCV Campus students.
7. All entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges and contest winners will be contacted via e-mail in Fall 2016.
