Non-University Event Request Form
Please take a few moments to complete the VCU University Student Commons and Activities Event Services Request Form for single or multi-day campus events. Please do not fill out this form if you are requesting an overnight summer conference. Summer Conferences can be reached here

Completion of this form does not constitute a commitment to holding your event at VCU. All events must complete and sign the events contract to finalize all reservations. Request between August and April will be limited due to Campus and Student organization events.
