VCU offers a wide range of health plans, some with zero premium for full-time employees. All plans include medical, dental, behavioral health, and prescription benefits along with an Employee Assistance Program, Premium Rewards and cash incentives for employees who participate in health-related activities and reward programs.
Leave
Leave granted to university employees allows for time off to be used for any purpose by employees - and our holiday schedule includes over a week in December. Other leave benefits include:
