Please complete the form below by Friday, May 1 to register your attendance and reserve your seat at the universitywide ceremony.

If you include your mailing address, we will send you a parking pass for complimentary parking at the Greater Richmond Convention Center Parking Deck (Third and Marshall St.) and a President's Box pass for your party.

Upon arrival, please enter the Greater Richmond Convention Center at the Third and Marshall or Fifth and Marshall entrances to the Exhibit Hall Pavilion. Please present your President’s Box pass to a VCU usher at the Exhibit Hall entrance for seating in the President’s Box.
