The FMD customer service team is the main communication center and the point of contact between the VCU community and the Facilities Management Division. The team operates 24/7 and responds to the routine and emergency maintenance needs of all faculty, students, staff, and affiliates. For routine maintenance and facilities support please log in and use the Facilities Self Service (FSS) system to manage your maintenance requests.

To request assistance from FMD you must be an active VCU or VCUHealth faculty, staff, student, or affiliate^*. If you have questions about an existing request and do not find the answer on this site, please contact FMD Customer Service at (804) 828-9444.
